A how to for you to not be so blue

outlets of some sort are good for you
venting is a good thing to do

there are many ways to get bad feelings out
that include going for a jog or giving a shout

no matter the method you decide to choose
just remember to do it; don’t snooze

because it’s really no good to hold bad feelings in
keeping them bottled up is never a win

if you couldn’t tell by this post
rhyming is the way I like to vent most

so figure out the way that works best for you
and implement that method the next time you’re blue
